Hello and thanks for visiting my little corner of the web!

I have always loved stories and the pictures and art that make them come alive. I studied illustration at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, and currently live back in the Pacific Northwest where I grew up. Some of my favorite things include: cats, yoga, travel, cheese, and meandering walks through forests and meadows.

I work primarily in traditional media like pencil, pen, watercolor and ink, and I enjoy the challenge of capturing everyday moments of life, expressions, and unspoken thoughts through illustration and cartoons. I am interested in illustrating for children’s books, magazines, and other print or digital text.
